About Mike & Beth
Mike and Beth bring nearly three decades of marriage, ministry, parenting, and professional leadership to every episode of the podcast. With 29+ years in full-time ministry, Mike has served as a Children’s Pastor, Youth Pastor, College & Young Adult Pastor, Lead Pastor, and Church Planter. He has led 52 short-term mission trips around the world and believes he was placed on this earth to motivate and mobilize The Church.
In 2013, Mike and Beth launched Project:Re3 with a vision to build a missional community centered on Restoring, Rebuilding, and Renovating lives locally and globally. That vision continues to shape both their ministry and their conversations.
Beth shares that same heart for service. While working full-time as an attorney at an academic medical center — where she also serves as an associate dean and assistant professor — she has participated in more than 25 short-term mission trips. She is deeply involved in local outreach through the Re3 Hope Center, Re3 Women’s Ministry, Christmas for the City, and other community initiatives. Beth loves to travel, read, write, play board games, and spend time outdoors.
Married for 27 years and parents to three kids (two in college and one in high school), Mike and Beth understand firsthand the joys, tensions, and humor that come with balancing marriage, family, careers, and ministry — plus managing a house full of pets.
